Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to major tourist attractions, but the room experience was subpar due to being allocated a basement room without a window and lack of proper bedding. On the bright side, the staff was genuinely helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is in a very central location, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms were not very clean and felt a bit cramped for larger families. The service was excellent, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were sufficient but nothing remarkable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially the restaurant manager who was fantastic, making my stay memorable. However, the rooms were not up to expectations for the price charged, lacking basic facilities. The location was fantastic, perfect for sightseeing with many attractions nearby.
I woke up to a stunning view of the Bosphorus right from my bed in the deluxe double room, although smaller than expected. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, especially Seckin Kaya and the restaurant team. The location is a perfect 10, with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus and close proximity to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi. The dining experience, featuring a rooftop breakfast with a panoramic Bosphorus view, was delightful, but the breakfast options were somewhat below par compared to other locations.
The hotel's location is good, very close to the tram and within a short walking distance to most monuments. The rooms could use some renovations for aesthetics but do not impact the stay; they might be small and lack Wi-Fi, as shown in the pictures. The service was friendly and helpful, perfect for exploring old town Istanbul. The dining experience was mediocre compared to other bookings with limited options. The location in the city center is excellent, resolving everything quickly in the morning. However, the dining options were not self-service and were quite dull.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, although my first room was a bit small initially. The service was exceptional, with everyone being very attentive, polite, and professional. The location was perfect, enabling me to explore the city easily, especially with its proximity to Sultanahmet and transportation options. However, there was a hiccup with the reservation process that lacked customer consideration. The dining experience was lacking, particularly in the breakfast selection.
The hotel is in a very central location convenient for walking to major tourist spots and shopping facilities. The rooms were not very spacious and lacked soundproofing, especially the shower room in the basement area. The breakfast menu was somewhat repetitive, but the service was excellent and friendly, with efforts to make our experience special every day. The view of The Golden Horn was grand, adding to the overall experience.
Although the rooms were small and challenging to navigate, the hotel provided fans for comfort. The service was exceptional, with Mr Seckin standing out for his caring attitude. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the dining experience, while featuring mainly sweets and carbs, had excellent service. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers a stunning view over the Bosphorus and the room change service was efficiently handled with notable style. The rooms were not up to expectations for the price charged. The service stands out with a fantastic, friendly, and skilled team; however, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The location is excellent, centrally situated near major attractions and transport options. Although the room change service was efficiently handled, the initial room's standard did not meet the price charged.
